We hope you are all keeping well.
Good news from the Scottish Government as it has announced that we can move to the second stage of the Coronavirus lockdown exit plan, which includes a relaxation on restrictions on house moves and we can return to an office environment, safely reopen our doors and viewings and market appraisals can recommence from Monday 29th June.
We have been busy preparing our staff and premises for the relaxation of restriction on housing moves, ensuring that we implement safe operating procedures and getting homes ready to hit the market as soon as we possibly can. It will take time to adjust to the new normal working way, social distancing and the guidelines.
For reference, the guidelines and further information can be found on the Gov.uk website under Government advice on home moving during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

At this time, we will only receive visitors to our office by prior appointment, please telephone in advance.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure we navigate these challenging circumstances with everyone’s health and wellbeing in mind and keep you posted with any further updates.
Thank you for your continued support and we hope to see you soon.
