Key Worker Discount Ends August 31st! Posted: 12th August 2020

Following months of lockdown and a new appreciation for all the key workers that kept us going whilst on lockdown, here at Nicol Estate Agents we wanted to say thank you to all frontline NHS workers, care home workers and key workers. That’s why decided to offer a discount on our standard sales fee of 30%.

Key workers across the country have helped us to stay home, stay safe and keep the numbers of those infected by COVID-19 down. This includes not only all NHS workers but care home workers, those in the food industry, education, social care, public service, government, public safety, utilities, communication and financial services, delivery and transport.

Our 30% discount on our standard sales fee ran from July and ends this month. So if you’re considering selling your home, don’t miss out. The property market in East Renfrewshire is booming – we’ve seen a properties sell in a matter of days, over the asking price, with high competition from buyers wanting to move within the area.

The discount is our way to offer a benefit for those who have worked so hard to keep us all safe.

Offer applies to all new sales instructions until 31st August 2020.

Additional fees will be payable for the Home Report and marketing expenses.

If you withdraw your home for sale and re list your home at a later date, the discount will still apply, provided you have not changed estate agent and Nicol Estate Agents remains your sole estate agent.
