Here at Nicol Estate Agents we like any excuse to dress up in our Christmas attire and what better way than to raise money to shape a better future for the world’s children.
The aim is to help to change a child’s life by making a £2 donation. This can help them to grow up healthy and safe, to get an education and enable them to grow up to be who they want to be.
This tradition enables us all to don our most eye catching festive jumpers – and everyone can get involved. It’s a fun and light-hearted fundraising event with the focus on raising money and awareness for children who need it the most.
It’s now in its seventh year and all across the country people have embraced this event and going to great lengths to help their fundraising efforts. It always falls on a Friday in December although everyone is encouraged to raise money by wearing their Christmas jumpers on any day of their choosing – so you can wear your jumper whenever and however you like! We hope you are wearing your most festive knitwear and have donated a minimum of £2 towards the organisation, and a minimum of £1 if participants are in nursery, school or a youth group! Since its launch, Scotland has loved being a part of the festivities, with a number of high-profile celebrities showing their support for the initiative.
